1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Spring Joy Cleaning Services and our website (www.springjoy.co.za). By booking a service or using the site, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

We provide cleaning services across Cape Town. All services are subject to availability, confirmation, and payment terms discussed during booking.

3. Bookings & Cancellations

• Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) may incur a fee.
• We reserve the right to reschedule or refuse service at our discretion.

4. Payments

Payments are due upon receipt of invoice. We accept EFT, SnapScan, and cash payments. Monthly clients may be offered invoicing options.

5. Liability

While we take utmost care in providing our services, Spring Joy will not be held responsible for pre-existing damage, valuables not secured, or incidents beyond our control.

6. Client Obligations

Clients are responsible for providing access, water, and electricity. Pets must be secured. Please notify us of any hazards or fragile items.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website is owned by Spring Joy Cleaning Services and may not be copied or reused without permission.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes agreement to the latest version.
